i had a just perfect stay. hotel was fairly clean and modern with very amiable stuff and convenient location on the square. the rooms where fully-equipped and large, had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. i liked quiet atmosphere and a very clean bed.

I stayed at this lovely B&B in La Spezia for a few days during my visit to Cinque Terre. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the villages. The staff was very helpful, and there was even a lift. I highly recommend this B&B for a stay in the area.

The room was beautiful, modern, and well-equipped with an electric kettle and a variety of teas and coffees. • the Smart TV provided important information about the Liguria region and had programs from multiple countries. • the location was perfect, right in the center and close to the train station for easy access to Cinque Terre.

Tricky to find, but great once you do. Finding the apartment was a bit tricky, but the comprehensive description provided by the owner helped navigate the way.

The hotel's decoration is simply beautiful, with elegant and stylish rooms. The general areas are well-maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no stairs to navigate and comfortable seating options available.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive and client-oriented approach from the staff. It would be helpful if the children working there could provide clearer instructions and be more accommodating to guests' needs.

Cleanliness is 5 stars - rooms are spacious - modern, and well-equipped. Location is walking distance to the train station - downtown, and restaurants. The owner - Michele - is friendly and always willing to help. Side facilities like self-service coffee - lemonade, and ice cubes are a nice touch.

The common area was splendid, with a self-service coffee machine and ice maker for my high-class needs. The modern windows guaranteed darkness, perfect for my beauty sleep. The location was splendid, so conveniently close to the train station and pier.

Oh, how I longed for a more substantial breakfast at the Elite Cafe. But hey, who needs a proper meal when you can survive on croissants and coffee, right?

I always stay here. Great help with bug spray on my 1st visit. Suits me: Wi-Fi, Paid parking, Luggage storage, Welcome drink, Snack bar, Coffee shop. No pets, AC, No smoking. Coming back for Christmas!
